The bar chart above displays the TVL ($, denoted in Pink) and Total Transacted Amount (Volume in $, denoted in Grey) for the top 3 pools in the past 6 months. USDC-WETH tops the 3 pools in terms of TVL ($) at $32.9B, followed by WBTC-WETH and USDC-USDT at $23.8B and $20.2B respectively.

In terms of Total Volume transacted ($), USDC-WETH again tops the 3 pools at $53.7B, followed by USDC-USDT at $12.7B and WBTC-WETH at $11.6B. This comes to no surprise as USDC-WETH is the most popular pool for people to easily swap between wETH and USDC through using a web3 wallet such as Metamask.

We will use these 3 pools identified above (WBTC-WETH, USDC-WETH and USDC-USDT) for our analysis of TVL/Volume ratio to assess whether Liquidity Providers are getting a better deal out of Uniswap v3 than Uniswap v2. The pools will be analysed based on overall Uniswap Dominance.
